Hi,

I hereby nominate Stefano Torresi for the FIG CC. He has proved to be
very passionate about FIG, both on the ML and in person, and I think he
would make a good CC member.

A few words of introduction from him:

> I thought there was no room for a low-profile peer like me, I'm aware
> I'm not a well known face in the PHP community, but so far I did what
> I could as an observer, and given that I lurk the list pretty
> consistently and that we're short of candidates, I figured I could
> try and have more of a impact on the FIG initiative. Regarding my
> credentials, I have an academic CS background and I've been working
> as a full-stack web developer for more than ten years. I also
> co-founded my local PHP User Group in my hometown, Catania, with the
> patronage of the GrUSP (the italian association of PHP user groups).
> I am not really affiliated with any particular project (although Zend
> Framework is probably the most notable among the projects I
> contribute to), so perhaps I could give a broader point of view,
> closer to the generic end user rather than to the framework
> developer.
