[PHP] help!!! (PHP)

Hi ... 
I'm having some problem's here....
I'm need to know  if my apache server is able to run scripts in a specific
date and hour.

For example: 

Every month, in the 15th day, I need to run a script PHP that check my Mysql
database for some cause.
Is that possible???
