this is slightly off-topic. I run a nonprofit website where people are invited to contribute articles, papers, etc. i'm in search of a system where i can manage all this website maintainence (backups, restarting servers) and on-going correspondence. in some cases, they ask me to contact them 2 months later, etc. What i don't need is a content management system. I need a system to hold all this task together. It doesn't have to be web-based. thanks.
