I have some accounts with them, and they seem fine to me. All of my use is restricted to personal use, however. Remember, you're only paying $10/month, so you're going to be on a shared server, limited support, etc. Some of my sites generate approximately a million PHP hits (HTTP requests for *.php) a month, so they can handle moderate traffic as well.
