To use LIVEDATA in Dreamweaver you need:
( You are at Windows environment. )

1 ) Apache server running ( normaly as a service );
2 ) PHP installed and configured;
3 ) MySQL installed;
4 ) Dreamweaver configured for the server model PHP/MySQL.

Some pages are not shown correctly in LIVEDATA ( localy );

If you run 2 servers from the same machine ( IIS and Apache ) you have to modify the 
the
port to which the Apache listens.
