Thats all good, i'd have to learn how to intergrate, also if i explained earlier, if its taken a year of lobbying for cvs on the dev box, i doubt its gonna go on the public machine. Also i never stored files as binary in the db only the filenames as varchar.
5.) I am of the camp that thinks storing entire files in a database is a bad thing.
