Based on the style of message body (short and shout), and the subject line, and the zip attachment, I conclude it as a virus. It may or may not a virus in face, I immediately delete it anyway:)
Yeah, that's a bloody virus on someone else's machine, using my e-mail address. The curse of a long-lived address ....
