As usual, it's something simple. A long time ago when I had originally coded the form, I left a MAX_FILE_SIZE directive in the HTML form. I'm using templates so my code is separate from the HTML...
I was so totally focused on finding a code-based solution, I forgot to look right under my nose. Thanks for listening. Maybe this'll help somebody else in the future. :-)
