Well, You could have a look at this one, http://gtk.php.net/ Though I never had the lucury of getting anywhere with it, it has the possibility to create standalone EXE. There is (Atleast the last time i checked) still a problem with the EXE opening an extra command prompt window, which makes it look abit "unprofessional" if your thinking of applying somthing for your business customer.
