I keep a copy of php.4.0.3.pl1 at
<URL:http://glaykos.mm.di.uoa.gr/~rouvas/tmp/inet/linux/php/>
Both the original version I downloaded as well as a version with the
bc-lib and conf files for SuSE exist.
