Hey Lukasz, I had a similar situation. Documents are now stored in MySQL. Authors can log in and add or edit their own documents. I control the look and feel of the main site. You can see an example by creating an account on AtFantasy.com and logging in. It takes advantage of modules from Interakt.ro
