Don't worry about, I'm sure you will have any problem as it only fixes some security bugs.
Mine is upgrading today alto to 4.3.8 (From 4.3.7), and before where many, many upgrade versions.
My only problem is that I cannot test pages on my preview server, during this time. My only worry is my pub being opened to have a beer with friend ;)
