You can use the style attribute in <option> like you have done in the <div>
So this:
echo "<option value=\"$row[0]\"> $row[0] </option>";
Could look like this:
echo "<option value=\"$row[0]\" style=\"font-family:arial;
font-size:10pt; font-weight:bold;\"> $row[0] </option>";
