[PHP] include_path

eyo!
I was wondering if it is possible to have the include_path directive in php.ini (I am 
using win98) pointing to path so that a file in an underlying dir, also can be 
included? I have tried to set the include_path to c:\program\apache\htdocs so that I 
can have all the files in the webroot included in any file. But it does not work, 
please help!
