Most times I'm perfectly happy letting the browser figure out where to put things without being explicit. Given, I need to do more work with CSS, but one thing I know that drives me absolutely crazy is when I hit a web page that uses too much CSS and it looks like total crap until it finishes loading everything (looks like a hard computer crash or something). I know I know.. ".. if it's done RIGHT that doesn't happen".
Anyway. Tables are still cool in my book.
