That's most likely your problem. The last line of your file most likely does not have a trailing NL character that is why it is the only line that works.
Thank you for your help! My server dude looked around and yes, the files were being saved, but they weren't showing up because my FTP client didn't understand filenames with newline characters. rtrim() did the trick. Thanks again! You have no idea how much time I've wasted on this. :)
