By the time a properly executed script(executed on the remote server) gets to your computer, regardless of the fact it was done in php(or any other server side language for that matter) it will just be plain html. Once it makes you computer the file/html will be the same as the same page written in ASP or even written with just plain html.
Your focus needs to be on the HTML itself and any CSS(what the browser DOES receive).
