nobody:nonexistant (random number abs() really high), at least for apache2. my personal suggestion is: - chown all files (avoid suid) and dir root - chgrp apache all files and dir - chmod 750 all dir, 640 all files - chmod 640, chown apache all files that apache or php need to modify.
