[PHP] Re: Can't execute external program

I added 2>&1 but still nothing... as a matter of fact it won't execute
anything. I put echo exec('asdf');
and nothing happend either ( i should've echoed an error)
However it'll execute some other commands  echo exec('ls -lart'); will
output correctly.
Any ohter Idea?
