What you described here is called MAIL FORWARDING or often MAIL ALIASSING. It is a functionality of your mail server. Contact your ISP for assistance on setting this up. If you run your own mail server look at the docs. If you want to use PHP for this (not recommended because the mail server can do it already) you need to write a script which check email on one account and then email it to the other accounts.
