cvs -d :pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/repository co pecl/apc
cd pecl/apc
phpize
./configure --enable-apc-mmap --with-apxs=/usr/local/bin/apxs \
--with-php-config=/usr/local/bin/php-config
make
make install
(and restart your web server)
