That's terrible... first off we'll start by doing the following:
if( ($arr['this']['is']['what']['i']['m']['looking']['for'] > 5)
&&
($arr['this']['is']['what']['i']['m']['looking']['for'] < 10) )
Next we'll chop off the redundant bits:
if( $arr['this']['is']['what']['i']['m']['looking']['for'] > 5
&&
$arr['this']['is']['what']['i']['m']['looking']['for'] < 10 )
Now we'll make sure we don't throw any sloppy errors:
if( isset( $arr['this']['is']['what']['i']['m']['looking']['for'] )
&&
$arr['this']['is']['what']['i']['m']['looking']['for'] > 5
&&
$arr['this']['is']['what']['i']['m']['looking']['for'] < 10 )
