Slimftpd version 3.18

The php.ini file has the *extension=php_curl.dll *line enabled
(uncommented) and the file is available in the windows installation
directory.
When starting PHP from command-line with PHP.exe, I get the following
error.
Don't send screenshots.
Copy/paste the errors.
