You will have to do it using the socket api something like this but
with error checking:
<?php
$sourceip = '192.168.1.1'; // ip you want to bind to
$sock = socket_create(AF_INET, SOCK_STREAM, SOL_TCP);
socket_bind($sock, $sourceip);
socket_connect($sock, 'example.com', 2043);
// Write
$request = 'GET / HTTP/1.1'."\r\n".'Host: example.com'."\r\n\r\n";
socket_write($sock, $request);
//Read reply
// Close
socket_close($sock);
?>
