I think it wont directly but it should be solvable by creating an class
which extends DomDocument but also implements __sleep/__wakeup calls to
serialise itself correctly. This may add significant overhead and in
practice you may be better just storing the XML itself in the session
and create a DomDocument object only when you need it.
