That wouldn't work here. I could grab the ChromeSetup.exe, but when I ran it I kept getting an error message: Download error. The downloaded file failed verification. Error code = 0x80040508 It seems that ChromeSetup.exe is a downloader that tries to pull the actual installer named chrome_installer.exe from another hidden URL, and it's that other site that is blocked here.
