[PHP] regex help

hi all,

a little OT here, but need some quick help. I have a bunch of e-mails to 
convert into sql entries and I'm stuck here.

I have:

  ...., John Doe, [EMAIL PROTECTED], ......

I just need to know what's the regex to switch around the name and e-mail 
address.
