dont know, but I know 2 possible ways you can do it,
using dbm files to store it in, http://www.php.net/manual/en/ref.dba.php
using xml files to store it in,
http://www.php.net/manual/en/ref.domxml.php and
http://www.php.net/manual/en/ref.xml.php
