Visual SlickEdit is available on Linux, Win32, and about a dozen other platforms (except MacOS). I use it on both Windows and Linux (was one of the reasons I chose it, although now that I've used it, I have many others :) It's a great editor, worth every penny I spent on it. Komodo has a Win32 version as well.
