Hi John,

MySQL Version: MySQL 3.23.44-nt

SQL:
CREATE TABLE passcodes (
  id int(11) NOT NULL auto_increment,
  passcode varchar(255) NOT NULL default '',
  PRIMARY KEY  (id),
  KEY id (id,passcode)
) TYPE=MyISAM;

I'm beginning to think it's a MySQL problem also because this PHP SHOULD
work.
