[PHP] Sending no content-type header?

I'm running a few simple php scripts from the (windows) command line. Since I'm not using a web browser to view it, the HTTP headers are annoying and pointless. I've turned expose_php off in php.ini, but commenting out default_mimetype changes nothing, and setting it to an empty string sends a blank content-type header. Is there any way to do this?
