I have Windows XP, Apache 2.0.43 and PHP 4.3.0 also. My php_domxml.dll extension works just fine. Did u copy all files from c:\php\dlls to your c:\WINDOWS\system32 directory? Also is your extensions path is set to c:\php\extensions in your php.ini file? I hope that works.
