Hi there,
I have got a problem that when a user submits a form with fields whose content
is written in Arabic - this content gets hashed on the PHP side in the form:
&#xxxx;
Apache itself only URL-encodes the whole text, I'm not sure if this is the
correct behaviour, but PHP just fails to convert the text back to its original
form. Anybody can help ?

I'm very interested in support in PHP the strptime() function.
Is there some reasons to not implement it? Is the patch welcome?
