[PHP-INST] Couldn't open

I have Apache 1.3.26 and php 4.3.0 installed on the Solaris 8 server.

When I try to switch from English to French Website, my browser gives me 
this error:

        Couldn't open  http://mywebsite/e2favv.php

Everything else is working.

It works fine with php 4.2.1.
