I'm not quite sure what WAMP5 is, but I do all the rest of that stuff
with Linux.  I use apache with mod_php.  SSL is available to me, but I
don't use it.  I have mysql installed as well.  My email server is
sendmail.  Best part is I don't have to pay for any of the software.
