Hello everyone,

You are receiving this email because your project has been selected to
take part in an effort by the PHP QA Team to make sure that your project
still works with PHP versions to-be-released. With this we hope to make
sure that you are either aware of things that might break, or to make
sure we don't introduce any strange regressions.

The 1st beta for 5.5 was just released and can be
downloaded from:

    http://qa.php.net/

The Windows binaries are available at

    http://windows.php.net/qa/

PHP 5.5.0 beta 1 mainly contains Zend OPCache,
please test your code carefully with PHP 5.5.0 beta1 having
Zend OPCache activated to help us release a stable new PHP version.

For a list of new features and bugfixes that you can target in your
testing, please
refer to the NEWS file:

https://github.com/php/php-src/blob/php-5.5.0beta1/NEWS<https://github.com/php/php-src/blob/php-5.5.0alpha1/NEWS>

The next beta should come on April 4th. We have now frozen
the new features to come into code base, so beta stage is meant
to debug and improve the code to get a stable release.

In case you think that other projects should also receive this kind
of emails, please let us know privately, and we will add them to the
list of projects to contact.

Regards,
Julien Pauli and David Soria Parra
