Hello all,
I am a total newbie to php-syslog-ng...so please be patient with me!
I recently installed php-syslog-ng-2.8 and have everything configured,
however, when I try to access the webpage it says:
A database connection problem was encountered.
Please check config/config.php to make sure everything is correct and
make sure the MySQL server is up and running.
I have verified that that users and pws configured in config.php are
valid in mysql (they were created with dbsetup.sql) . I tried logging in
to mysql with each of them and accessed the 'syslog' database
successfully. I've been banging my head trying to figure this out. If
anyone has some ideas please let me know.
