The running elephant that is constantly visible everywhere on php.net is
distracting. It's a cute animation but it needs to be adjusted a bit.
Specifically, some of the animation frames have an issue. The border
along the elephant's back and head appears and disappears every few
frames. This is probably a side-effect of using a "transparent"
animated GIF.
