The Manual is translated by volounteers and there's no faster way for
delivering any translation than contributing for it. You can also help
if you want.
Sadly, both Arabic and Dutch translations are not only outdated - they
barely have few files translated. Bringing them back to life is really
time-consuming task. Our documentation consists of over 11k files at
this moment.
