There is no link to the release page you mention anywhere on the http://windows.php.net/ site, so how would people find this page ? On site, there are three typical links people will use to find a version: * "Downloads" in the main menu at the top - which does not list PHP 5.5 anymore (rightfully so). * "Q&A releases" in the main menu at the top - where it doesn't belong * And - if people search hard enough -, the "release archive" as linked to from the last block in the left side bar None of these three let you find PHP 5.5.38.
