This pull request - [x] runs a static code analysis with `vimeo/psalm` on GitHub Actions - [ ] runs `make static-code-analysis-baseline` Follows #559. 💁♂️ I know that this project has been reluctant adding third-party packages in the past. We can continue to do so, or we can speed up or progress by using the tools the community has.
