In IIS, for the configuration of PHP check the box that says "check If

Subject: [PHP-WIN] "No input file specified." instead of 404?
I can enter ANY url on my server (ending in .php) and since upgrading to
PHP 5, instead of getting a 404 error, I get the text "No input file
specified." How can this behavior be corrected?
