Hi,

Normally, you'll want to grab the PECL Win32 binaries for the PHP
version you are using at http://www.php.net/downloads.php ( they are
also included in the PHP installer ), but it appears there is not a
build of the paradox extension for Window. I would try contacting the
author directly and see if they can be of assistance.
