"Real problem solved without ini_set().
Php ini_set works fine for me too.
I didn't understood explantion in manual .. :X
"PHP_INI_SYSTEM - Entry can be set in php.ini or httpd.conf"
So it isn`t possible change extension_dir by runtime.
->So long any extension_dir is set, dl('<absolute_path>') doesn't make
sence.
