Does anyone know of a workaround for this problem?
The doc for exif_read_data function says filename cannot be a url.
I need a way to get the non-functioning example to work.

$exif = exif_read_data('\photos\010202\010202_001.jpg',0,true);
foreach($exif as $key=>$section) {
foreach($section as $name=>$val) {
echo "$key.$name: $val<br />\n";
}
}
\\THIS DOES NOT:
$origpath = "\photos\010202\010202_001.jpg";
$exif = exif_read_data($origpath,0,true);
foreach($exif as $key=>$section) {
foreach($section as $name=>$val) {
echo "$key.$name: $val<br />\n";
}
}
