yes Ala'a I think you are right, but yahoo and hotmail now look to redevelopment for there systems, I dont now if you here about microsoft live (www.live.com) , all the big players in world look to be like google , I think they both(yahoo +hotmail) will use UTF8 in future to be more useability .
