I receive a whole system programmed in PHP 4 using MYSQL 4 but witouth any documenattion, thera are more than 1500 "php" "JSC" "INC", by now we are documenting each PHP prgram in a manual way, my question is ¿Thera are somo program or utility that can do for us automatically?
2. If i want contract a PHP programmer by this media, ¿How can i paid, there are special taxes, contracts, etc? Thanks in advance for your help, we have been developping systems since cipper until dot net using SQL server, but we are new in this PHP world. your new friend Fernando
