Hello to members & Moderators,
I' am requesting some help from this group. I went to a site
where webmasters post projects and programmers bid how much they will
do the project for. I will not mention site because I think it violates
the rules here. I posted a project on this site wanting someone to make
me an adult dating website. A company in India named Webpulse bidded
and I accepted. I' am in America in Chicago,IL. To save you from a
long story, I paid them in full which was every dime I had and they
have not finished my website. I have not posted my site URL because I
don't know if that is also violation of rules here.
My site is made in Database Intensive which I' am told is
PHP/MYSQL. I know nothing about this and I would like my site finished
and I need to set up payment to charge members.
I'm requesting advice, assistance or something that can help me
with the completion of my project.
