The problem is that your HTML is poorly formatted in general, your missing
the <body> tags, you have info outside the head tag that should be in the
head tag, and honstly, to make it cleaner, all your javascript should be in
a different file and used as an include...maybe the problem is not in the
title tag but in the javascript code - does it work when you pull out all
the javascript?
There's too many possible problems in your code - you're asking us to debug
a lot of code for you
