This isn't very helpful. Have you recognized, the Dedication is listed in
the table of contentents, but there is no Dedication. It looks to me that
this is a manipulation.
I don't see the point here. Is it allowed to fetch the the PHP manual and
sell it under a own GPL and have a copyright itself. You know author or
editor != publisher.
